Shipping Policy

Odisi sport store shipping methods & standard costs:

Delivery Arrangement:

Our carrier delivers between 7.30am and 10pm, and in some cases a signature may be required.

If you are not around, the carrier will try your neighbours, or (if a signature is not required) will try to find a safe, dry place to leave your parcel.

Alternatively they'll leave a calling card with the details on how to re-arrange delivery. Or depending on the courier a re-delivery attempt may be made without contact.

Please note deliveries outside of the UK can take anything up to 10 working days and sometimes longer. Check with your local postal service to check if any attempt has been made at delivery as you may have been out when they called.

Standard Delivery:

Standard delivery is a home delivery which is usually made within 3-7 working days of your order being placed.

UK standard delivery is £3.99 if your order is less than £70, or FREE if your order is over £70.

We cannot deliver to PO boxes and if you require delivery to the Channel Islands you will need to select International delivery.

Please note, these charges may vary from time to time with promotional activity.

International Delivery:

Our international delivery services are currently unavailable.

Return & Exchange Policy



Change of mind


To qualify for a refund, exchange or credit, we must receive the products in an unworn condition, including all tags, within 14 days of you receiving the item.  Any returns that are soiled or damaged through wear and tear may not be accepted for a  refund, credit or exchange.

This doesn’t affect any of your statutory rights.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for custom sportswear, unless there is a clear obvious fault due to the manufacturing.

All steps and procedures are followed to ensure your product arrives as described. 

It is the client's responsibility to ensure all artwork is provided to Odisi correctly including scale of logos and colour codes. 


Faulty orders


If you receive any faulty items, we’ll refund you by your original payment method within 14 working days of us receiving the item by return. We’ll also cover you for the cost of returning a faulty item. To return a faulty item, please email us at and we’ll arrange a return (or replacement, if you prefer) for you.




Unfortunately we are unable to cover the costs of returns from countries outside of the UK.  Returns will be accepted if received within 28 days of purchase, but customers will be responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring the item arrives with us safely.  Upon receipt of items in unworn condition with all tags attached, we will be happy to offer customers an exchange or credit to the value of the goods purchased.
